Tonight I want to talk about all the noises going around about the altering the pressure of the football, Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. When I hear those terms, deflate, gate and deflation I think how does it relate to real estate and inflation. Everyone is worried about their investment, what they are doing with their investment and what kind of return they are getting with their investment. When in fact some of these investments that they are have, whether they are doing minimal savings account type investments or guaranteed investments, they are not even keeping up with the cost of living or the inflation rate.

I want to talk about how you have been lied to and tricked and mislead for many years. There has been a lot of research out there that says that eating carbs is bad for you and eating fat is actually good for you. However, because of what people have been doing in the food production industry and with marketing you have been lead to believe that a low fat high carb or at least high protein medium carb diet is good for you. Nothing could be further from the truth.

This is just starting to come out again, studies have started as long as 40-50 years ago that have identified this but because research was interpreted incorrectly they started associating a high fat diet with putting on weight. So what happened is when they started taking out all the fat or when they came up with the concept of low fat diet/eating and especially with processed food and manufactured foods they started taking out the fats. What do they do to make that food taste better they need to inject sugar into it or carbohydrates into it.

Tonight we are going to talk about tenants, problem tenant, when tenants do not pay and one of the ways I found to get them to pay.

I had one tenant who had not paid me for a couple of months actually going onto 3 months. He was 3 months behind in his rent and certain geographical area they have a process where you can go and start using whatever that body is called, whether its Rentalsman or Rental Tribunal or the Landlord Court. Various different names for really the same kind of body. What those entities are trying to do is, they are trying to make sure that the tenant is being treated fairly at the same time the landlord is treated fairly.
